Justin MelkmannEaraches and Eyesores, the first comic book put out by Justin Melkmann, is essentially a collection of various short comics that include various themes but mostly the comic centers around three key topics; band life, substance (ab)use and sexual encounters. The most prevalent topic in this 28 page comic is without question band related. Justin writes about people he is glad he is not in a band with, a bands first show, getting too shitty to play a proper show, the life of being in a band and the temptations that come along with it. There are, however, numerous other topics that Justin touches upon, things such as having a bad day and a shitty job, etc,. All of which are presented in hilarious fashion.
This comic book is absolutely PERFECT for reading material on the throne. The way that the comic book is broken down into short clips makes it ideal for the short shit but long enough for one of those morning shits that you take after drinking too much Bud mud for Busch mush the night before. You know, the ones where you asshole is burning from the constant assault of stomach acid being propelled out of your sphincter and all over your tortured O-Ring.
Rating: 4/5
Synopsis: Like I said about the GG Allin comic, I think the asking price of $3 is a bit much but now that I think of it, can you put a price on good throne material. I don't think so. I laughed, I cried (though that usually occurred during the 7th shit of the day and my asshole just couldn't take anymore) and I become a bit more wiser for reading this comic.
You can check out some clips from this comic over at Justin's blog, so hit that shit up.
